Step 3 Reset system DNS setting
Step 4 Eliminate Tube Dimmer from control panel
1) Click the “start” button on the lower left corner of your desktop
2) Double click the button “Control Panel” to process
3) Highlight  “Add / Remove Program” icon from Control Panel
4)Select the Tube Dimmer icon in the list,
5)Click”Remove” icon to uninstall
